本次培训涵盖了纸杯的原材料、包装辅料、生产工艺等核心知识。5月27日上午,资深产品经理梁经理深入解析了纸张的纤维、树种、特点等,使大家对原材料有了更深入的了解。同时,邵经理详细介绍了产品的包装辅料,确保团队成员在实际操作中能够正确选择与使用。28日梁经理再次登台,为大家详细解读了纸杯生产的每一道工艺,帮助大家全面熟悉纸杯的生产流程。
The training covered core knowledge such as raw materials, packaging accessories, and production processes of paper cups. Mr. Liang , a senior product manager, deeply analyzed the fibers, tree species, and characteristics of paper, enabling everyone to have a deeper understanding of raw materials. At the same time, Manager Shao introduced the packaging accessories of the products in detail to ensure that team members can correctly select and use them in actual operations. On the 28th, Mr. Liang took the stage again to interpret in detail every process of paper cup production, helping everyone to fully familiarize themselves with the production process of paper cups.

The training venue was located in Donggu Center (jiurong group), Baiyun District, Guangzhou, with elegant environment and complete facilities, providing a good learning environment for everyone. Colleagues from All business departments actively participated, and colleagues from other departments also actively attended to learn and progress together. To ensure the smooth progress of the training, the company also put forward clear training requirements, including arriving at the venue 10 minutes early for sign-in, bringing learning materials, participating in the training seriously, and following the training discipline.
